HOME care provider Caremark Redditch & Bromsgrove has been awarded a ‘Good’ overall rating by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Inspectors visited the business, based on Clews Road, to speak with its staff and customers and evaluate whether it provides a safe, effective, caring and responsive service.
In the report the CQC said customers have ‘maximum choice’ and ‘control’ over their lives and are they are supported by staff who follow the ‘best practice’.
