Car crash in Redditch leaves woman needing hospital treatment

DID you see a car crash on Moons Moat Drive, Redditch, on Tuesday evening?

At around 7.35pm on Tuesday (November 7) two cars were involved in the smash which left a woman with a suspected broken wrist.

The crash between a silver Renault Clio and a grey Mazda 2, left the driver of the Mazda, a woman in her 30s, in need of hospital treatment.

The driver of the Clio, also a woman in her 30s, was arrested on suspicion of driving when over the prescribed alcohol limit and she remains in police custody at this time.




Anyone who saw the collision or saw the manner in which either vehicle was being driven beforehand is asked to call police on 101, quoting incident number 680s of 7 November.
