STAFF at RSA Academy Arrow Vale are celebrating after being successfully re-designated as a Leading Parent Partnership Award winner.
The academy will now hold the status for a further three years.
The external assessor visited the academy last month, meeting with staff, students, parents/carers and members of the governing body.
She also looked through the extensive evidence of the academy’s commitment to parental engagement.
In her final report the assessor said: “The consensus of opinion of parents/carers was very much that Arrow Vale is definitely the school of choice in the area and that they ‘go the extra mile’ to support parents as well as students.
“There is a ‘can-do’ attitude across the setting where the only thing stopping achievement is the individual.
“Students are very much encouraged to be the best that they can be and they are shown the horizon to aim for with support to flourish.”
