BBC TV artist and tutor Dermot Cavanagh is holding a three-day watercolour course in nearby Tanworth in Arden.
Dermot is the artist, tutor and broadcaster behind the hit BBC TV series ‘Awash With Colour’ and his class will be in the village hall from March 16-18.
During 74 episodes of his art travelogue Dermot informed and inspired millions of viewers and taught a host of celebrities landscape painting.
Charlie Dimmock, Gloria Hunniford, Suzanne Dando, Barry McGuigan and John Craven all took up the paintbrush under Dermot’s expert guidance.
Now Dermot invites artists – aspiring and experienced – to join him to learn and develop their techniques on painting, drawing and colour mixing.
