HAVE some school holiday fun next Saturday, August 11 with a family friendly event at the Bandstand in Redditch town centre.
There will be Bhangra by Eternal Taal, a Hula Hoop Show from Angie Mack, Karate by local club Tang Soo Do, workshops, face painting, craft activities and more for visitors to enjoy.
“As a parent myself who is looking for affordable ways to keep my children entertained over the summer, I am really looking forward to what’s on show,” said Councillor Mike Rouse, whose portfolio covers Leisure and Cultural Services.
“My eldest daughter will love the Bhangra display and I hope other families across Redditch and beyond will come and enjoy the day out with us and the rest of our community.”
The event runs from 12noon to 4pm and is free to attend.
