FOLLOWING the latest announcement from the Government regarding coronavirus we have decided to temporarily suspend the Redditch Standard Baby of the Year competition.
Professional portrait photographer Andrea Powell had already taken more than 150 pictures for the competition but it was felt that in the light of the current situation it was appropriate to call a halt.
Our aim is that when the threat of Covid-19 has passed we can continue with this year’s competition.
Andrea will keep hold of the photographs she’s already taken and, even if the entrants have passed our 18 months / three years age limits by the time we can re-start it. they will still be entered in the competition.
