THE Midland Air Ambulance was scrambled to Redditch today, Monday, March 16 in an emergency call out.
It is believed a construction worker on the building site opposite the Abbey Stadium suffered a cardiac arrest.
A spokesperson for West Midlands ambulance Service said they received a call at 1.28pm today.
The Midland Air Ambulance with two medics attended from Strensham by the M5 plus two land ambulances.
The patient, who was described as being in a serious condition, was taken by road to Worcestershire Royal Hospital.
