Age UK webinars to let carers know about the dementia support available across Worcestershire

TWO FREE webinars are being held by Age UK Herefordshire and Worcestershire to let more people know about the dementia support available across the county.

The virtual meetings are part of Dementia Action Week and for those caring for someone living with dementia whether through their career or personal life.

The first one, from 2pm to 3pm on Tuesday, May 18, will see the Droitwich Spa Meeting Centre co-ordinator and social inclusion and wellbeing manager speak about the project. Click here to book.

At the second one, from 2pm to 3pm on May 25, presenters will speak about support the Dementia Wellbeing Service can provide, training courses carers can go on and the new Worcestershire community support service.




Young onset dementia support and the service’s cafe events will also be discussed. Click here to book.

Both webinars will on Zoom and once people have registered, they will be sent a link to access the event.


Both sessions will feature a question and answer session at the end but people can email [email protected] if they want to ask anything in advance.
