PUTTING your personal stamp on your garden will be the topic of the next talk when Alcester Gardening Club meets on Thursday, February 6 at 7.15pm.
Passing on their knowledge will be Rob and Diane Cole from Meadow Farm Nursery in Feckenham, whose talk will follow the club’s AGM.
At their last meeting the gardeners heard from local expert Lottie Newitt whose talk, Plants for Wellbeing, emphasised how growing even a few plants can be beneficial with even a few simple houseplants purifying the air, scenting the room and being generally good for both physical and mental well-being.
She also explained how sowing seeds can see people through the worst of winter when gardening outside may not be an option.
The club meets at the Centre, Jubilee Court, accessed via Lea Close in Alcester, usually on the first Thursday of the month.
