'Don’t self destruct' is the message of special show in Redditch this month

Redditch Editorial 9th Sep, 2017   0

THE fabulous Sheila McMahon returns to the Palace with a new show looking at mental health – The Anger Cushion.

Sheila is a qualified counsellor and also a comedienne and she’ll be sharing her experiences to highlight those self-sabotaging behaviours and what to do to stop them taking over so we can all be less hard on ourselves.

Featuring a combination of humour and mental health the aim is to show why life is too serious to be taken seriously, and besides, no one gets out alive anyway!

The show is in the Room Upstairs at the Palace on Saturday, September 16 at 7.45pm and tickets are just £13 and available from the box office, by phone on 01527 65203 or online at www.redditchpalacetheatre.co.uk
