EVERYONE and their dog are welcome to Jinney Ring Craft Centre, Hanbury this Sunday, July 14 for ‘Animals R Magic’ – a charity fun day and dog show in aid of local animal charities.

There will be a fun dog show with classes to find ‘best junior handler’, ‘best rescue’ and ‘waggiest tail’ organised by MacArthur Barstow Gibbs Vets with entries taken on the day.

Special guests will be Jack and Sarge, two magnificent Shire horses who will demonstrate the use of a rare vintage plough at 12midday and 2pm with owner Kevin Morris.

There will also be donkey rides, face-painting and demonstrations of agility and have-a-go scurry.

Local voluntary organisations will also be there explaining how they help all sorts of animals and there will be raffles, tombolas and competitions to support the work they do.

Proceeds will support the work of the Warwickshire and West Mercia Retired Police Dog Welfare Fund and Birmingham Dogs Home. Visitors will be able to talk to police dog handlers about their experiences and the work of the welfare fund helping these canine heroes when they retire.

Animals R Magic runs from 11am to 5pm and admission is £4 for adults and £2 for children. Friendly dogs on leads are welcome.
