  • A life of luxury at Hanbury spa

    Lianne Cooper

    04 July 2008

STAFF at one of the county's most intimate spas have been celebrating a year of luxury.
Chessgrove Day Spa near Hanbury, enjoyed its first birthday this month and held a special party to mark the occasion.
Guests enjoyed canapés and a glass of champagne along with a host of special spa treats, including free skin consultations and mini-facials from the skincare experts at Phytomer, a tour of the facilities and a free Chessgrove party bag containing face and body products.
The spa also used the occasion to launch a new loyalty scheme, enabling clients to enjoy more treatments, earn more rewards and benefit from some great in-spa savings.
Commenting on her first year in business, spa director Eve Toole said: "I can't believe Chessgrove has now been open a whole year, and what a year it’s been.
"To go from a standing start to where we are now is a huge achievement and is a testament to the great team that we have here at Chessgrove."
