In 1989, Chris and Pat Bullivant established the concept of Bullivant Media Ltd. Their aim was to produce quality local newspapers with high readership and offering unrivalled coverage of local and national advertisers. The company has grown from one to now eighteen weekly editions that are delivered to around 500,000 homes in Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Coventry, The West Midlands, North Herts and South Beds. The company also produces magazines (Inside Out, Christmas Times, Your Wedding and the award winning In Loving Meomory) local directories (01527 etc.) and quarterly periodicals. Bullivant Media Ltd is now one of the largest free newspaper groups in the country and hopes to continue its work across the Midlands region.
Our aim...is to provide our communities with newspapers and other publications which are indispensible for news, advertisements, and other information whilst achieving profit which allows the company to develop, expand and offer our clients the best possible service.
Several of our journalists have won top awards from the national council for the training of journalists [including the top accolade which went to one of our reporters who was top in her professional examinations out of more than 200 candidates Nationwide] and the respect we so value is reflected in the extent to which our communities trust our papers and involve themselves with us the success of our many campaigns and appeals, our brimming postbags and busy letters page and the thousands of orders we receive for our lively photographs each year is a small indication of the part we play in peoples' lives.
