REDDITCH'S MP swapped the backbench for a bucket as she took on an icy challenge in aid of charity.
Karen Lumley joined millions across the country facing the chill in the ice bucket challenge after being nominated by fellow MP Stuart Andrew.
She said: "I took the challenge on because it's for such good cause and I also chose to highlight the Macmillan nurses too.
"It was absolutely freezing and Coun Brandon Clayton enjoyed it more than me.
"Anything I can do to highlight things like that, I'm up for it."
