Teenager facing trial after robbery charge

A TEENAGER who was charged with robbing a man of his £300 iPad will face trial at Worcester Crown Court.

Dylan Robert Kirk, formerly of Lodge Road, appeared at Redditch Magistrates' Court on Tuesday (August 19).

There, the 18-year-old pleaded guilty to possession of a class B drug which related to him having 0.24g of cannabis, worth around £2.40, on his person on March 27 this year.

The chairman of the bench, Brent Robinson handed Kurt a six-month conditional discharge and released him on conditional bail until his co-defendant trial.

That will be held at Worcester Crown Court on October 20, so he can be tried alongside his co-defendant.
