THERE is still time to snap your way to success in the Standard’s spec-tacular photographic competition.

The Standard has teamed up with Specsavers in the Kingfisher Shopping Centre to launch the contest to mark the 50th anniversary of Redditch’s status as a new town.

There are £500 worth of Jessops vouchers up for grabs for the winning photographer.

Entries can be of anything which the photographer feels represents Redditch as it is to them today whether it’s a location like Arrow Valley Park, a structure like the bandstand or an event.

The closing date for entries has been extended to Friday, July 4 at 5pm and should be sent to Life Thru a Lens 50th anniversary Photographic Competition, Webb House, Church Green East, Redditch, B98 8BP or email editor@redditchstandard.co.uk with photo competition in the subject heading.

Entries should also include the name, age, address, daytime phone number and details of where the picture was taken.
