A CHANCE to wave the starting flag at this year’s Pearl Izumi Tour Series is on offer to a lucky Standard reader.

Worcestershire County Council’s Choose How You Move project is offering a bumper competition to mark the return of the elite cycling event on Tuesday (June 3).

Prizes on offer include A £300 Halfords gift voucher to be spent on a bike plus £100 worth of accessories, tickets to the VIP enclosure, tickets to the cycle show in Birmingham, a signed Tour Series jersey and a chance to wave the starting flag on the Tour Series race.

To be in with a chance of winning one of the prizes, send your name, address and contact details to Tour Series Competition, Redditch Standard, Webb House, Church Green East, Redditch, B98 8BP. Or text TOUR followed by your name to 66777. Texts cost one standard network message.
