A PAJAMA factory will be the setting for a romantic musical comedy at the Palace Theatre.
Broadway favourite the Pajama Game, will be performed by Studley Operatic Society from Tuesday, April 29, until Saturday, May 3.
The energetic musical looks into the dangers of workplace romances as conditions at the Sleep-Tite Pajama Factory are anything but peaceful.
Sparks fly between the new superintendent Sid Sorokin and Babe Williams, leader of the union grievance committee, and as their stormy relationship comes to a head the workers strike for a pay increase which becomes a battle of the sexes.
Bright and brassy, the unconventional, fast-paced performance brings an energetic score brimming with songs and dances.
Performers will be donning their pajamas outside Primark in the Kingfisher Shopping Centre next Saturday (April 26) to promote the show.
Tickets cost £15.25 and are available from the box office on 01527 65203.
