SCHOOL was out of this world for one group of pupils as part of a science week.

Beoley First School children experienced space in a planetarium and got hands on with lunar rocks and meteorites throughout this week.

A visit from workshop providers Science Boffins also saw students trying out some dry ice experiments.

Headteacher Sally Davies said: “Exciting experiments took place in all classrooms and hopefully we can inspire scientists of future.”
