THE FIRST stage production of a legendary television series will be gracing the stage of the Palace Theatre next month.
Open All Hours will be coming to Redditch from Thursday, May 8, to Saturday, May 10, as part of the first ever UK tour.
The hugely popular BBC series written by Roy Clarke OBE first aired in 1973 and instantly became a much loved classic sitcom.
To celebrate the show’s 40th anniversary, the stage adaption by Gary Simmons and Jane Aston hopes to encapsulate the rib tickling humour and comedic lines from more than 20 episodes by shop keep Albert Arkwright and errand boy Granville.
Tickets cost £12.75 or £10.75 (concessions). To book call the box office on 01527 65203.
