A MAN exposed himself to a woman running near Arrow Valley County Park.

The 29-year-old victim was running from Church Hill towards the park about 9am on Monday (March 31).

She had reached an underpass near Proctors Barn Lane and was alongside the River Arrow when she saw a man indecently exposing himself on the other side of the bank.

He was white, between 40 and 50, about 5ft 11ins, with short, thick black hair, and was wearing a black fleece top.

PC Laura Wright said: "The woman looked away and carried on running but she was quite shocked and upset and didn’t see where the man went.

"It’s not the first such incident of its type in that area involving a man of this description who may have committed similar offences at the end of last year."

Anyone with any information should contact PC Wright on 101, quoting incident number 135-S-310314, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
