LIFE-SAVING equipment is now on offer round the clock at an Alcester sports club.

Alcester Heartsafe donated a defibrillator to the Town Football Club on Stratford Road and also helped add to the £900 raised by the club itself for a cabinet to make the device accessible to all in the community 24/7.

Ann Delany from Alcester Heartsafe said it was the seventh device supplied to the town, with five in the schools and another public-access defibrillator in the High Street.

To make a donation for the next device, which will be given to the rugby club, call Ann Delany on 07857 558534 or Alison Brown on 07763 492821.
