HUNDREDS of breakfasts were served up as part of a charity fund-raising event to support Alcester’s Dementia Café.

The Alcester Alauna Rotary Club hosted the Big Breakfast morning last Saturday (March 1) in a bid to raise funds for the café which provides a support and information service to people worried about their memory or have dementia.

Hundreds of residents and councillors tucked in to the fry-ups at the Town Hall, including retired mayor Bob Woodfield MBE, Coun Eric Payne and his wife Maggie.
