PARENTS and children at a borough school donned their onesies and pyjamas to share a book together.

Family members were invited into Reception at Matchborough First School Academy on Tuesday (March 4) as part of their book week celebrations, adding to the celebrations with a hot chocolate and a pancake.

Headteacher Jackie Harris said: “Sharing a book together is one of the best things a parent and child can do together, it was fabulous to see so many parents and children doing just this.”
