Electrical items stolen from Bordesley home

THOUSANDS of pounds worth of electrical items were stolen in a Bordesley burglary.

Thieves gained access to the house on Birmingham Road through a rear door, between 11pm on Thursday (January 23) and 2.30am on Friday (January 24).

They took a Samsung TV worth £600, a £500 Fujitsu laptop , an Apple iPad worth £400, an £80 Apple iPod Nano, and 25 CDs worth £300.

Some of the items were taken from the house while others were stolen from a car parked on the drive after they took the keys from the house and opened it.

House to house inquiries have been carried out and letters were delivered in the area.
