Firefighters tackle blaze at business

FIREFIGHTERS spent two hours battling flames at an Alcester business.

Crews from Alcester and Bidford were called to a building fire at a electronic manufacturing company on the Arden Business Centre around 3.30pm on Friday (January 3).

The fire was on the first floor of the two storey building and a further two crews were called from Stratford as well as an aerial appliance also came from Nuneaton.

Firefighters wearing breathing equipment used hose jets to extinguish the flames.
