A TOWN centre firm has been named as one of the fastest growing in the UK after seeing sales soar by more than 65 per cent.

Church Green West based eResponse Recruitment placed 65th on The Sunday Times Fast Track 100 league table, which measures those private companies with the fastest growing sales over the last three years.

Since being founded by brothers Joe and Paul Alekna in 2003 the company has enjoyed phenomenal growth. Sales have risen from £2.9million in 2009/10 to £11.9million in 2012/13, the company employs 40 staff and has 500 clients, including Redditch jewellery retailer Genuine Gemstone Company which was last year's top-ranked firm in the Fast Track 100.

As well as helping over 6,000 people a year find temporary or permanent jobs, the company also has its own training academies in Redditch, Worcester and Kidderminster.

Some firms have even outsourced entire departments to eResponse which handles induction, training, health and safety and HR.

It is the first time the company has made it into the Fast Track 100 and comes just weeks after eResponse was named as Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce Growth Business of the Year.

Managing director Paul Alekna said: "It almost goes without saying that to be showcased alongside some big brands and entrepreneurs has put the icing on the cake for what has been an exceptional year for us.

"The Fast Track 100 is the UK’s private company premier league. We’ve won our promotion to the top table and myself, Joe and the rest of our team look forward to retaining our status next year."
