VULNERABLE people are set to receive a box of treats, food and a handmade card put together by Brownies this Christmas.

Members of 2nd Studley (St Mary’s) Brownies put together 35 shoeboxes to donate to Redditch Nightstop, which will be distributed to young adults at risk of homelessness.

Leader Caroline Ford said: “This is Brownies thinking of others before themselves, parents have been superb at supporting the action and the girls were deeply moved at the thought of being alone or homeless at Christmas and wanted to help.”
