REDDITCH footballers are kitted out for success thanks to a Beoley company.
Oakland International has become the official sponsors for Redditch United Disability Team, providing both Team A and Team B with new kits with money from its foundation charity.
Funds from the food distribution firm will also help secure the team’s future for up to another three years.
Both teams have been competing for three seasons as part of the Birmingham Ability Counts League and were crowned the winners of the Premiership as well as runners up in the Championship last year.
The league encourages over people from across the West Midlands, who have any form of disability, to take part in sport on a regular basis.
Hayley Smith, Oakland Foundation trustee, added: “We are delighted to support the club as they develop and grow their existing teams and importantly aim to encompass both boys and girls disability players within their teams.”
