THE FIRST Christmas production at Crabbs Cross Academy saw children performing the traditional nativity with a twist.

Their Whoops A Daisy Angel show involved 76 Reception and Year 1 pupils with two performances in front of parents and friends.

Headteacher Rachel Roberts said: “They thoroughly enjoying learning all of the songs and retelling the Christmas story.

“Both performances were very well attended and we had lots and lots of positive comments.”
