Teens flashed at near hospital and school

TEENAGE girls were flashed at on a footpath in Woodrow.

The girls were walking separately on a path at Woodrow Drive, close to Nine Days Lane, around 3pm on Thursday, December 5, when they were approached by a man who made remarks to them before exposing himself. Both times, the teenagers ran from the scene.

The man was white, in his 30s, around 5ft 8in, slim with short hair and wearing a bright blue puffer jacket and black trousers.

PC Danny Somner said: "These incidents happened almost straight after each other and were extremely unpleasant and upsetting for the victims. This is a busy pathway which is close to a hospital and a school and the offences were committed at a time when many children and parents would have been walking and driving home after the school day."

Anyone with any information should call 101, quoting incident reference number 474-S-051213, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
