THE SOUND of drumming filled the corridors of a Beoley school.
Children from Years 3 and 4 at Beoley First School spent the day beating drums and learning new dance moves in Bhangra inspired workshops.
Pupils took part in the sessions by Birmingham group Dance Sansaar in the hope of performing to parents later this year, as well as joining other schools at South Bromsgrove High School later this month.
Katie Sweeney, deputy headteacher and Year 4 teacher, said the children had a great time and were looking forward to spending another day choosing to practice either their drumming or dancing ahead of the performances.
