CARS parked at Redditch Police Station were damaged during a drink driving incident in the early hours of Saturday morning (September 28).
The incident, which happened at 2.20am, saw a Volkswagen Polo ending up on top of four parked cars at the Grove Street station, two of which were owned by officers and two by West Mercia Police. A wall at the car park was also damaged but neither the driver nor the passenger were injured.
A 23-year-old man from Stratford has been charged with driving with excess alcohol and careless driving, and will appear at Redditch Magistrates Court on October 15.
