TO MARK Mental Health Day, EPIC (Empowering People in Communities) is running MoodMaster courses in Redditch and Bromsgrove.
The MoodMaster sessions, organised in conjuction with the library, offer a range of tools and techniques to help residents manage the stresses and emotional ups and downs of everyday life more effectively.
The Redditch ones are being held at Redditch Library, Market Place, from October 8 for 11 weeks between 1pm and 2pm.
The Bromsgrove ones take place at the Sidemoor Health Hub in Perryfields Road from the same day at 10am to 11am every Tuesday morning for 11 weeks.
The MoodMasters courses have been funded by the Community Learning Trust.

The course is free to anyone who receives certain benefits, such as JobSeekers Allowance and Working Tax Credit, and anyone below a level two qualification (below five GCSEs).
