A REDDITCH band have released their second album following their recent touring success.
I Ain't Even Plugged In by New Killer Shoes is a follow up their debut album I Ain't Even Lyin' which was released in April.
The new acoustic CD, which has re-mastered versions of nine tracks off their first album, has been created as reward to the band's loyal fans who are affectionately referred to as the Shoe Crew. While new tracks Hypocrite and I Ain't Got A Chic also appear on the album.
Jon Kings, lead vocalist, said: "We’ve always wanted to make an acoustic album, we feel that it brings a new element to our sound, plus the fans seem to love it.
"We will never step away from our rock roots, but it means our music can be heard in a more chilled out way, and we hope people enjoy what we have done in this new album."
The four piece band have appeared at Download Festival and Leicestershire's Strawberry Fields Festival this summer, following a European tour with American band Brad.
