THE MAIN bus service company in Redditch has been cleared of reducing competition after taking over their main competitor.
The decision was made by the Office of Fair Trading today (Friday) following the merger by Diamond, which saw them acquire the Redditch and Kidderminster operations of First Group earlier this year.
It is expected Diamond will now carry out a network review and make changes, which they had been stopped from doing while the probe was ongoing.
