A LAKESIDE company show no signs of packing up yet as they celebrate 25 years of business.
Able Tooling opened its doors in 1988 with just two members of staff - owners Nigel Rhodes and Craig Kenyon.
The company, which was originally based in Alcester but moved two years later to its current Arthur Street site, manufactures everything from equipment for the automotive industry, to parts for the MOD, medical sector and lighting.
And a quarter of a century later the company has now expanded across two sites and employs around 22 staff members, with their longest serving employee working 18 years at the company.
Mr Rhodes said the secret of the company's success was hardworking staff and a strong industry.
"We are like one big team and no one wants wants to let the person next to them down. We're like a family really," he said.
"At the moment engineering is really strong and we just need to stay focused on what we are doing and not get ahead of themselves.
"There's no sign of us packing up yet."
