POLICE found two 1,000 litre liquid containers and pumping equipment after pulling over a van on the M42 near Hopwood.
Sohail Akeel, 24 and from Sarehole Road in Hall Green and Jamie Hayden, 34 and from Blossom Grove in Bromford deny a charge of going equipped to steal diesel from vehicles.
The offence is alleged to have happened on November 17 last year.
Both men appeared at Redditch Magistrates' Court on Tuesday (February 19) where they were bailed to appear again before the same court on May 21.
During the hearing Hayden pleaded guilty to possessing a false driving licence, driving a vehicle whilst unfit through drugs, driving while disqualified and using a motor vehicle without third party insurance.
