A TEENAGE boy will appear in court today (Monday) after he allegedly forced his way into a property and threatened the occupant with weapons.

Officers were called to Blackthorn Way in Alcester at 8.45pm on Thursday (January 24), but the offenders had run off before police arrived after the occupant challenged them.

A 16-year-old was arrested in Redditch on Saturday (January 26) and will appear at court in Leamington charged with aggravated burglary.
