A WOMAN in her 60s was flashed at while she walked her dog in Church Hill.
The incident happened at around 11am on Thursday (December 6) after the victim had walked through Fairford Close on to a footpath that runs adjacent to Hillmorton Close and the Thornhill Road factory units.
She saw the man, who she did not know, come around the corner towards her exposing himself and walked off down another path.
The offender was possibly Asian, had olive skin, was in his mid 20s, about 5ft 8in tall and of slim but muscular build. He had black hair and was wearing a grey hooded top, grey tracksuit bottoms and possibly trainers.
