A REDDITCH father is still missing after nearly two weeks despite attempts made by police to find him.
Michael Lubak disappeared after leaving his home in High Trees Close about 11.45am on Tuesday, November 13.
The 28-year-old, who is white with blond shaved hair and speaks with an Eastern European accent, left to go to work in Redditch but failed to turn up.
He was wearing a high visibility jacket over his work clothes and also has two tattoos on his forearms.
Insp Ian Joseph said: "Mr Lubak has not been reported missing before and this is very out of character for him.
"His family and friends are extremely worried about him especially as he has a young son who he normally visits quite regularly.
"Officers have been busy speaking with family and friends to try and find out where Mr Lubak might be.
"We are urging him to get in touch as soon as possible to let us know he is safe and well."
Missing person posters have been sent out and officers are also looking into the possibility he had contacts in the Birmingham area.
Anyone who believes they may have seen him should call Redditch Police Station on 101, quoting the incident reference 289-S-151112.
