Hi: 16° Lo:3° 7 day

CONCERN is growing for a Redditch man who has gone missing from his home.
Michael Lubak was last seen by a friend about 11.45am last Tuesday morning (November 13) when he left home to go to work in the borough but did not turn up.
The 28-year-old who is described as white, 6ft 4ins tall, of slight build, with blond shaved hair. He speaks with an Eastern European accent and also has two tattoos - a cross on his right forearm and a name on his left forearm.
He was wearing a high visibility jacket over his work clothes and a silver neck chain.
PC Daniel Icke, from Redditch, added: "Mr Lubak has not been reported missing before and this is very out of character for him.
"Understandably his family and friends are worried about him and we would urge him to get in touch as soon as possible to let them know he is safe and well.
"We are eager to hear from anyone who has spoken to Mr Lubak or thinks they have seen him since last Tuesday morning."
Anyone with information should contact Redditch Police on 101, quoting incident reference 289-S-151112.
