A MAN suffered a fractured shoulder after being involved in a collision with a car in Batchley.

He smashed the windscreen and landed in the road during the incident on Salters Lane, near the junction with Hazel Road, on Tuesday (October 30), about 5pm.

The driver of the car, which is believed to be a Rover, stopped to check on the man but failed to leave her details. She was white, middle aged and had brown hair.
