A FARM shop near Alcester has been crowned the best in the area.
Family run Hillers, bagged the title of Best Farm Shop at this year’s Warwickshire Life and Worcestershire Life Food and Drinks Awards held at West Midlands Safari Park.
Sisters Sally Haines and Emma Taylor said they were delighted.
“To come away with such a prestigious award means a lot. The competition is tough and we truly had no thought of winning.”
The business, which has been thriving for more than 80 years, sells everything from local meat, fruit and vegetables to cheese and delicatessen treats.
To celebrate the prize Hillers, based off the Dunnington Crossroads, will be holding a taster day tomorrow (Saturday) from 10.30am until 2.30pm.
