SONGS celebrating places and people in Yorkshire are on offer at the Palace Theatre in Redditch.

Singer/songwriter Roger Davies will be performing within the venue’s more intimate The Room Upstairs location, tomorrow (Saturday) at 7.45pm, celebrating his heritage in Brighouse.

The Songs in Plain English evening is a collection of stories, observations and recollections that present a believable cast of characters and occurrences, all delivered in simple, understandable English.

Tickets cost £10 (£9 concessions) and are available at www.redditchpalacetheatre.co.uk or by calling 01527 65203.
