THE HUGELY talented Jump Rope UK squad have jetted out to Washington D.C. to compete at the World Jump Rope Championships, which take place between July 3-13.

The Studley-based team, who between them have won many prestigious awards as well as making numerous appearances alongside celebrities on television, have headed to the States determined to build on what has already proved a busy and exciting 2012.

The team, comprising of Beci and Rachael Dale, Gemma McGhee, Laura Summers, Stacie Pegg and Lauren Shepherd, are hugely thankful to Headless Cross-based business UK Composites Ltd, which has assisted in making the trip possible thanks to generous sponsorship.

The company - www.uk-composites.com - was launched in 2010 by Matthew Lloyd, who has worked in the composite industry for ten years within automotive, aerospace, marine and military sectors.

Jump Rope UK are extremely grateful to Matty, Adam Cooper and UK Composites Ltd and want to thank them for their generosity in helping the team attend the championships.

For more details about the exploits of Jump Rope UK visit www.jumpruk.com or call Sue Dale on 01527 854194 for recreational and team sessions details and commercial work enquiries.
