CONCERN is growing for a Hunt End man who has been missing for nearly two weeks.
Colin Blake was last seen on Wednesday, July 4, at Coleshill Close where he lives with his family.
The 56-year-old left home in his grey Land Rover Freelander, registration Y387 XOC, towing a small converted box trailer which he uses as a caravan.
He often goes away for a few days on his own but was reported missing the following Tuesday (July 10) after he stayed away longer than usual and did not turn up for work.
Mr Blake is white, around 6ft tall and of medium build with short receding grey hair.
PC Joanne Woodward of West Mercia Police said on previous occasions when he had left for a few days he had kept in touch but that had not happened this time.
"It is out of character for him to go missing for this length of time and he has not been reported missing before.
"He has not taken his mobile phone with him or any bank cards, although it is thought he may have some cash with him.
"Understandably the family are worried about him and we would urge him to get in touch as soon as possible to let them know he is safe and well."
She added anyone who had seen or spoken to Mr Blake since July 4 should call officer on 101, quoting incident number 657-S-100712.
