HDA Redditch aces are top of the pile

HDA Redditch Tennis Club duo Joseph Morris and Felix Gill are celebrating after finishing top of the LTA County Winter Leaderboard for the 10&U and 9&U age groups respectively.

The LTA rewarded them with a medal and towel each for finishing top in their age groups across Herefordshire & Worcestershire.

The County Leaderboard calculates points for each tournament players compete in and depending how far players reach will depend on how many points are accumulated for each player.

Morris won the Four Oaks Open and Gill won the David Lloyd Birmingham Open as well as other tournaments throughout the season.

The boys have had to work hard for this and their commitment to training whatever the weather has helped them succeed and achieve their goals.
