A MAN will appear in front of magistrates charged with affray and criminal damage.
He was arrested following an incident in Greystone Close, Church Hill, on Sunday (July 8) which saw part of the road closed for around two hours.
Officers were called to the scene at 3pm following a report a man was breaking into a flat there.
A man was arrested at the scene and taken to Redditch Police Station for questioning before being charged with affray and two counts of criminal damage relating to a police vehicle and the window of a property.
He remains in custody ahead of appearing at Redditch Magistrates Court on Tuesday (July 10).
