ARROW Valley Runners travelled to Warwick on Sunday to compete in the Two Castles 10k Run.
This hugely popular annual event starts in the grounds of Warwick Castle and finishes with a steep hill up to the grounds of Kenilworth Castle.
This year, seven members of the Redditch-based club took part, with three achieving personal best times and one runner - Candice Laband - completing her very first 10k run.
Another club member - Dan Eltringham - also ran on Sunday and completed his first half marathon at St Albans in an impressive time of 2:19:17.
Arrow Valley Runners train every Saturday morning at Arrow Valley Lake, meeting at the main car park off Battens Drive at 10am.
New members are always welcome, whatever their ability. Simply turn up on a Saturday morning to try a free session or e-mail admin@arrowvalleyrunners.com for more information.
